Swimmer of the month!

Yes, that's a golden swim cap my little Emma is wearing.  I have to admit that I'm not 100% sure how she earned it, but I think it was for improving her time at the regional meet.  Anyhoo, I'm proud of her!

National Gallery

In lieu of an Easter visit we went to Ottawa the week before, stopping at the National Gallery for an Escher exhibit.

Emma's favourite may not have been by Escher himself - the messy braid.
